UPS Supplier Direct Connect streamlines the spot quote process by enabling UPS users to directly communicate ad hoc capacity requests to airlines. UPS agents will create and send requests to carriers through the SDC online portal. The carrier can view the freight request details and submit air freight rates all in one place, all in real time.
